Acceptance Procedures
· Please check every item on delivery.
· Please make sure that all items are checked on delivery, as we cannot accept any liability for damage after delivery. Goods must only be signed for if undamaged. If goods arrive damaged they must be signed for as damaged so we can claim the relevant couriers insurance.
Strictly no claim for damaged goods can be made after the goods are signed for as delivered safely
· Please check that the item is correct before painting, as we cannot accept any liability under any circumstances once the panel has been painted
Returns Procedure
We do not accept returns after delivery for damage but if a part is not required and it is from a non-trade account customer then a £30 surcharge is made up to the first 30Days and then from 30days on the handling charges as per point 2, 3 and 4 rules also apply on top of the £30 handling fee – please check the item carefully on delivery.
Returns Procedure - Painted Parts
We guarantee all the panels we supply to be of excellent quality of finish and colour match. If for any reason a customer is unhappy with our paint finish or match, he/she must notify us via sales@everycarpart.co.uk within 5 days of delivery. It is the sole responsabilty of the customer to arrange and pay for the return of any defective goods. Goods returned under our paintwork guarantee must be well packaged and returned to us in a resalable condition. If these terms are met, we will refund any purchase in full - less the original shipping charge.
No responsability can be taken by EveryCarPart for any parts ordered in error once that part has been painted. It is the sole responsabilty of the buyer to ensure he/she orders the correct part/side.
Handling Charges
Delivery is one of the major costs in our business. Every time we have to collect an
item it reduces the time that our driver could be making a delivery. It has cost us
money to put that item away in stock, to pick it for delivery, to deliver, it to collect
it back, and then to put it back into stock again. Therefore like all national
distribution companies, we apply a handling charge to recoup some of our costs.
Please Note:
1. If the item was delivered less than one month previously, a 20% handling charge is applied.
2. If an item was delivered more than one month previously but less than two months then a 30% handling charge is applied.
3. We do not accept returns of items delivered more than two months previously.
4. In cases where the wrong side is ordered in error if the correct side is ordered within three days no handling charge is applied.
Title
Title to products shall remain with the Supplier until full payment has been received from the Client regardless of whether it has been delivered.
Warranty
All products carry a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defect if the part is still fitted to the original vehicle and has not been involved in any refurbishment after the original fitment date; wear and tear is not covered. Great care has been taken to ensure the information contained within this catalogue is correct at the time of publication, the document is provided in good faith as a helpful source of information for customers. However EveryCarPart cannot accept any liability consequential or otherwise for any errors. Prices subject to change without notification.
It is not guaranteed that on acceptance of payment we will be able to supply from stock or deliver the goods to your area. If for any reason we cannot deliver the goods you have ordered we will refund your payment in full with our sincerest apologies.
